Q. Will I be safe in your truck if we go for a ride?

A. Your safety is paramount! Our trained firefighters are all certified drivers for the apparatus and will do everything to make sure you are kept safe. We are fully licensed and insured.

 

Q. Why do I have to have fill out a permission slip for a party ride-along?

A. Although we are insured to shuttle up to 9 people for a ride along, as a formality, we would like to make sure parents of children are aware that their child will be taking a small tour in the truck.

 

Q. How many people can ride at the same time?

A. Our oversized cab allows for a maximum of 9 riders excluding the driver. All our seats are certified to meet the Road Safety Code as they are all outfitted with seat belts. Seating configuration allows for 1 person in the front of the cab (forward-facing), 8 in the rear cab (4 forward-facing & 4 rear-facing).

 

Q. Is the “Marshall” mascot authentic?

A. We spared no expense when deciding on our mascot! We obtained the most authentic looking “Marshall” available thus offering children the chance to meet the REAL “Marshall” and not some lower quality imposter.

 

Q. Is your obstacle course safe for children?

A. Absolutely. We would not expect children to force themselves which could lead to injuries. Our course was designed with fun in mind. Squirting water and saving our "person in distress"….what could be more authentic?

 

Q. How do we book you for our special day?

A. Please fill out the online web form here or call us at (514)923-7515. Someone from our staff will be in contact with you within 24 hours if not immediately available. We can help you choose the package that is right for you and reserve your spot. A non-refundable deposit will be required to guarantee your time slot which can be made by credit card and the balance can be paid the day of your event to one of our staff.

 

Q. What if it rains the day of our party?

A. Firefighters are never afraid to get a little wet! We will arrive rain or shine to deliver the fun. If you wish to reschedule the party, we will do our best to accommodate. If we are unable to find an available time slot that works for you, you may cancel however your deposit will not be refunded.
